How long do we perform for?

We offer flexible live music packages designed around your wedding day. Whether you want music for one special part of the day or a soundtrack that follows you from ceremony through to the evening celebrations, we can tailor the performance to suit your plans.

For evening performances, we typically offer **2 × 45-minute or 2 × 60-minute live sets**, allowing plenty of time for your guests to enjoy the music without it taking over the evening.

When do you arrive to set up?

We normally arrive **60–90 minutes before your performance time**. This gives us plenty of time to get everything set up, complete our soundcheck and make sure we're ready to go before your guests arrive.

Can you play during our ceremony?

Absolutely. Our ceremony package can include live acoustic music as your guests arrive, as well as music for those all-important moments including:

* Your entrance
* Signing of the register
* Your first walk back down the aisle as newlyweds

You can choose songs that are meaningful to you, or we can help you find something that works beautifully for each moment.

Can you play during our drinks reception?

Yes. Our drinks reception set is designed to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere while you and your guests enjoy drinks, canapés and photographs.

We can keep things chilled and unobtrusive or bring a little more energy into the set, depending on the atmosphere you're looking for.

Can you play during the wedding breakfast?

Yes! Live acoustic music doesn't have to stop once everyone sits down.

We can provide a relaxed, carefully chosen soundtrack during your wedding breakfast, adding atmosphere while still allowing your guests to chat, eat and enjoy the occasion.

Music & Repertoire

Can you learn our first dance?

Yes. We can **learn and perform your chosen first dance live**, creating a personal acoustic version of a song that's special to you both.

If you've already chosen your song, we'll work with that. And if you're still looking, we're happy to help you find something that suits the moment.

Can we choose the songs you play?

Of course. We love knowing what you enjoy.

You can let us know your favourite artists, genres and songs, along with anything you'd particularly love to hear. We'll then use our experience to shape the set so it feels personal to you while still working naturally for your guests.

What style of music do you play?

Our acoustic repertoire is designed to work across the whole wedding day, from **relaxed acoustic favourites and recognisable songs** through to **modern tracks, familiar classics and crowd-pleasers** for the evening.

The beauty of having an acoustic duo is that we can change the energy depending on the moment, keeping things intimate when you want them relaxed and turning things up when it's time to celebrate.

What happens when you're not playing?

We can provide music between live sets so there isn't an awkward silence while we're taking a break.

This means the atmosphere can keep flowing throughout the evening while we get a chance to recharge before the next set.

Setups & Logistics

What equipment do you provide?

We bring the equipment required for our live performance, including our **PA system and basic lighting**.

We'll discuss the practical requirements with your venue in advance so everything is ready to go when we arrive.

How much space do you need?

We generally need approximately **3m × 2m** for our performance setup.

If you're working with a particularly small or unusual space, just let us know. We're happy to discuss the layout with you beforehand.

Do you need access to power?

Yes. We'll need access to suitable power sockets close to the performance area, with **at least two independent 13-amp sockets** being the standard requirement.

We'll always work with you and your venue to make sure the setup is straightforward.

Can you perform outdoors?

Yes, provided the performance area is suitable for live electrical equipment.

We require a **flat, dry surface and full overhead cover**, such as a gazebo or marquee, to protect both us and our equipment from rain and direct sunlight.

Do we have to book you for the whole day?

Not at all.

One of the great things about our packages is their flexibility. You can book us for a particular part of your wedding, such as your ceremony or drinks reception, or create a package that takes you through multiple parts of the day.

From the first arrival of your guests to your first dance and the evening celebrations, we'll help you create a musical journey that fits your plans.

Can you play something more relaxed during the day and livelier in the evening?

Absolutely.

That's one of the things we love about performing at weddings. We can keep things **warm, relaxed and unobtrusive** during your ceremony, drinks reception or wedding breakfast, then bring more energy into the evening with familiar favourites, modern songs and crowd-pleasing classics.

Can you tailor the music to our wedding?

Yes. We don't want your wedding to feel like you're simply picking a playlist from a menu.

We'll take your tastes, the atmosphere you're looking for and the different moments throughout your day into account, then tailor our performance accordingly.

Legalities & Admin

Are you insured?

We carry **Public Liability Insurance (PLI)** and use appropriate, safety-tested equipment. If your venue requires certificates or specific documentation before the wedding, we're happy to provide the relevant details.

What do you need from the venue?

We'll need a suitable performance area, access to power and enough time before the performance to set up and soundcheck.

If you're unsure about anything your venue requires, we're happy to liaise with them so the musical side of your day is one less thing for you to worry about.

Do you require food and drinks?

For longer bookings, particularly where we're with you for several hours across different parts of the day, we ask for **soft drinks and a hot meal or access to the evening buffet**.

We'll always discuss this with you when confirming the details of your booking.
